Our Programmes

Six pillars, one integrated ecosystem

Our programmes are designed to reinforce each other, supporting people from education into work, enterprise, well-being and leadership.

    Women's Economic Empowerment

    Women's Empowerment Program

Women have sustained families and communities throughout the Myanmar crisis, becoming income earners, entrepreneurs, caregivers and leaders despite barriers to employment, finance and leadership. We support women to strengthen entrepreneurship, leadership, vocational skills, financial literacy and social enterprise development.

    Workforce Development

Vocational Education and Skill Development Program

Northern Thailand needs skilled workers across hospitality, tourism, construction, manufacturing, logistics, food services, healthcare and the care economy. We combine vocational education, employability skills, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning, aligned with Thailand's National Skill Standards, to prepare people for decent work and career progression.

    Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Digital Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Program
